It's pretty simple. We'll connect with you by phone for a quick behavioral interview and then hold an in-person interview. There's a brief homework assignment involved. If you're accepted, you'll begin work on a contract basis very shortly, after which an opportunity for full employment may be extended to you.

As such you'll need some familiarity with programming and analytical model development (SQL, python, etc). We expect you to be able to pick up any programming language (within reason), and we're looking for hackers (someone who can pull together a solution with any tools needed to get the job done). Some of the things we may ask you to do include:

- Writing a tiny web scraper in python
- Code contribution and git management
