Brice has held senior management roles in consulting shops, working with Fortune 500 companies and top ten pharma and med device companies to further advance their data-driven missions. Brice has helped his clients effectively execute expressive business ideas by building elegant, point solutions for his clients. He is a full-stack developer with experience developing complex models and data analyses to support litigation cases, as well as developing insights for c-suite professionals to drive better decision-making. Matt is an Economist and long-term supporter of small web. He provides advice on a variety of matters related to our short-term and long-term growth strategies, helping fuel the vision and future of our company. His background is in economics, math, and machine learning methods, holding a Ph.D. from UCLA.

Leo is a senior software developer with experience in a multitude of languages. He received his masters in computer science from George Mason University and has diversified interests in computer science helping fuel our clients many needs. Currently, his interests are in web and mobile development, database management, and artificial intelligence. Leo has hands on experience managing enterprise level software and works hard to keep systems compliant and accurate.

Jess is an independent business owner and partners with the small web on various projects to help support our growing needs. Jess develops and supports software applications written in Ruby and Rails, contributes to open source software projects and has experience developing SaaS applications.

Dom joins us from Purdue University, working hard to support our clients anyway he can. He is responsible for customer support for our in-house products, works hard building predictive models for various cryptocurrencies, and supporting swc's business development activities.

He joined us for the summer of 2018 and is back at school. We'll miss him!
